Receptionist/Receptionist In Krakow office.
We’re hiring at our location in Kraków
Receptionist
Tasks that await you:
✅ Handling phone calls, email correspondence, chat,
✅ Handling external and internal customers and visitors,
✅ Handling correspondence, recording invoices,
✅ Record keeping and handling of business trips,
✅ Maintaining administrative records, records of cards, keys, and telecommunications equipment,
✅ Maintaining a calendar of meetings and booking conference rooms,
✅ Execution and control of administrative orders,
✅ Data entry, filing of forms and documents, transcription of texts,
✅ Reporting defects.
Our expectations:
💎 Highly developed interpersonal skills and desire to provide superior service to guests,
💎 Minimum 6 months experience in a front desk related position,
💎 Excellent work organization, accuracy, reliability and responsibility,
💎 Flexibility in relation to working hours (working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, in shifts),
💎 Ability to work independently as well as in a team,
💎 Very good knowledge of Polish (B2/C1) and English (B2), spoken and written.
